As a condition of accreditation, an accredited exporter must complete and submit a written Annual Compliance Report to WEA. This report is in relation to an accredited exporter’s compliance with conditions for the previous marketing year (1 October to 30 September).
The Report must be submitted to WEA by 30 October each year, unless an extension has been granted by WEA, and must detail compliance with:
WEA will use the information provided by each accredited exporter in its Annual Compliance Report in order to keep the Government and Australia’s wheat growers informed of the operation of the Scheme.
The report must be completed on the Annual Compliance Report form.
