Compliance with the Scheme

Each Accredited Exporter must comply with the conditions of accreditation.
There are three types of conditions which apply to exporter accreditations:

1. Conditions which apply to all accreditations as outlined in the Act:

1. Comply with a WEA requirement for information
2. Comply with a WEA direction for an external audit

2. Conditions which apply to all accreditations as outlined in the Scheme;

3. Complete an Annual Export Report
4. Complete an Annual Compliance Report
5. Report about Notifiable Matters
6. Advise WEA of a new executive officer

3. Conditions imposed by WEA (these may be for all accreditations or case-by-case).

7. Comply with further conditions imposed at the time of accreditation
8. Comply with further conditions imposed during the accreditation

Non-compliance with the conditions of accreditation may result in:

1. Civil penalties
2. Suspension of accreditation
3. Cancellation of accreditation
