| 7 October 2008 | WEA wrote to all accredited exporters to remind them of obligations under the Wheat Export Accreditation Scheme to report notifiable mattersto WEA. Reminder to industry and growers: Accreditation does not in any way indemnify parties delivering grain to accredited exporters or provide any guarantees relating to contracts or payments of any kind. |
| Other items of interest | 16 July 2008 - WEA advises growers and potential bulk wheat exporters that no company or co-operative is guaranteed to be an accredited exporter under the Wheat Export Accreditation Scheme. WEA suggests all applicants and potential applicants include such a disclaimer on all marketing material regarding the 2008/09 harvest, including websites. The disclaimer should indicate that the company's ability to export wheat in bulk is dependant on being granted accreditation under the Wheat Export Accreditation Scheme. Tender Notices- WEA currently has no tender notices open. |
