Further Conditions of Accreditation

Further conditions of accreditation which apply to exporter accreditations are those which are imposed under the scheme. A condition may be imposed on all accreditations or on an individual accreditation by WEA on a case-by-case basis.

Further conditions imposed on an individual accreditation by WEA

The following further conditions can be revoked or varied by an exporter or by WEA:

a. Comply with further conditions imposed at the time of accreditation
WEA can impose further conditions on an exporter’s accreditation at the time of accreditation. These conditions are imposed on a case-by-case basis. Prior to the imposition of further conditions WEA will consult with the exporter.

WEA will not impose conditions limiting tonnage or market destinations unless the application specifically proposes those export arrangements.

b. Comply with further conditions imposed during the accreditation
WEA can impose further conditions on an exporter’s accreditation at any time throughout the period of accreditation. These conditions are imposed on a case-by-case basis. Prior to the imposition of further conditions WEA will consult with the exporter.

There are penalties for non-compliance with conditions under the Scheme.
