Exporter Accreditation Renewal Form

The Scheme allows for exporter accreditation to continue uninterrupted by way of a renewal process.  A renewal application must be submitted between three and six months before the expiry date of the exporter’s current accreditation. 

Note: WEA will apply the same criteria as it would with any application for accreditation.

This form is to be completed by an exporter in order to apply for accreditation by way of renewal.

This application for renewal must be accompanied by a renewal of accreditation application fee of $7084.00 (Incl GST)

Attachment A - Attachment cover sheet
This is to be completed for each attachment to the Exporter Accreditation Application Form.

Attachment B – Statutory Declaration for section 3.4
This is to be signed by the Chairman (or equivalent) in relation to the risk management systems in place for the accredited exporter.  It must be submitted as part of an application for accreditation.
 
Attachment C - Facility Cover Sheet
This is to be completed by the applicant for each finance facility, intercompany loan, committed and uncommitted line of credit and off balance sheet finance available or currently being negotiated by the applicant to carry out the export proposal.
