As a condition of accreditation, an accredited exporter must complete and submit a written Annual Compliance Report to WEA. This report is in relation to its compliance with conditions for the previous marketing year (1 October to 30 September).
The Report must be submitted to WEA by 30 October each year, unless an extension has been granted by WEA, and must detail compliance with:
- All conditions of accreditation; and
- Australian laws, and foreign laws that are applicable to the exporter’s export trade in bulk wheat; and
- United Nations Sanctions provisions.
WEA will use the information provided by each accredited exporter in its Annual Compliance Report and Annual Export Report in order to keep the Government and Australia’s wheat growers informed of the operation of the Bulk Scheme.
WEA will publish an annual report for wheat growers by 31 December each year. The first report will be published by 31 December 2009.
The report must be completed on the Annual Compliance Report form.
