As a condition of accreditation, an accredited exporter must provide complete and submit a written Annual Export Report to WEA. This report is in relation to an exporter’s annual operations for bulk wheat exports for the previous marketing year (1 October to 30 September).
The Report must be submitted to WEA by 30 October each year, unless an extension has been granted by WEA, and must detail:
- The quantity of bulk wheat exported during that year, broken down by specification and country of destination; and
- The price terms and conditions offered to growers for the wheat (that was subsequently exported in bulk) acquired directly from growers during that year.
WEA will use the information provided by each accredited exporter in its Annual Export Report and Annual Compliance Report in order to keep the Government and Australia’s wheat growers informed of the operation of the Bulk Scheme.
WEA will publish an annual report for wheat growers by 31 December each year. The first report will be published by 31 December 2009.
The report must be completed on the Annual Export Report form.
